Published economics
No payment for clicks, visits, leads, fit reports, or government awards. Approved partners may earn 20% of a collected, non-refunded $199 Decision Pack and 5% of the first collected, non-refunded $1,999 Workspace month.
Commissions are held for 30 days and require a completed agreement plus tax/vendor documentation before payout.
Attribution and refund rules
Purchases use the last approved, server-recorded partner touch within 30 days. Refunds, chargebacks, duplicates, self-referrals, prohibited traffic, coupon injection, and fraud are reversed or excluded. Aggregate reporting protects customer personal information.
Required disclosure
Place this next to every compensated link: “Paid referral: [Partner] may receive compensation if you purchase from Bid Factory.” Also state that Bid Factory is independent, not government-endorsed, and does not guarantee eligibility, compliance, award, revenue, or win.
Prohibited traffic
No unsolicited bulk email, scraped or purchased lists, bots, forced clicks, incentives, traffic exchanges, pop-unders, cookie stuffing, undisclosed sub-affiliates, misleading claims, government marks, or bidding on Bid Factory brand terms without written approval.
Tracked placement
After owner approval, each partner receives an immutable code and redirect link. The server validates active codes and traces the resulting fit report, checkout, signed Stripe payment, refund, commission hold, and payout status.
Apply for review
Application creates no contract, placement, or payment obligation. Each proposed placement and final agreement requires owner approval.
