Cancellation requests are authenticated, time-stamped, and visible to the owner-auditor so they cannot disappear into an inbox.
Cancellation timing
Your request instructs Bid Factory to cancel the active $1,999/month Proposal Workspace at the end of the current paid billing period. Access remains available through that period. The request is processed against the matching Stripe subscription and is not a refund request.
Operational control
The request appears immediately in the owner-only operating queue. Until Stripe Customer Portal self-service is activated, the owner completes the corresponding Stripe cancellation and closes the audited request. Submit at least one business day before renewal to allow processing.
After cancellation
No new pursuits can be opened after the paid period ends. Existing source-linked records remain available only as required for delivery, accounting, dispute, or legal records. Contact support if you need an export before access ends.
